The autonomous benthic explorer (ABE) high resolution bathymetry is draped over lower resolution EM300 data for this fly-through movie over Brothers caldera. The caldera is approached from the southeast, flying over the cone site, then down along the northern caldera wall, and exiting the caldera at the eastern rim. The data are vertically exaggerated 1.5 times. ABE data grid-cell size is 2 meters. EM300 data resolution is 25 meters. EM300 data courtesy of NIWA. ABE data collected and processed by the WHOI ABE team. Fly-through movie courtesy of the NOAA Vents Program.
