Virtual three-dimensional animation video of Chapmans Reef on the southern edge of the Oculina Research Reserve. On September 5th, during the final submersible dive of the expedition, scientists discovered significant areas of intact Oculina habitat at this site. This was in stark contrast to most of the dive sites in the reserve to the north. There former areas of Oculina habitat had been reduced to rubble in what appeared to be the marine equivalent of a clear-cut landscape.
