The Minerals Management Service, in partnership with National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Office of Ocean Exploration, awarded a contract to C & C Technologies, Inc. to investigate the long-term effect of manmade structures on the deep sea as well as the effect of the environment on those structures. This map shows the locations of vessels identified by this study.
